IMMMM BAAAACCCKKK!

HEY! I decided to comeback because I looked at my FB http://www.facebook.com/BTBMcFly and I post videos all day. I just think FB isnt the best avenue for that so here I am. I also want to change my diet. I'm obviously not fat but I really do not want to be 35 with diabetes. I eat starches all the time (Mac-n-cheese, fries, mash potatoes etc.) and that is a great avenue to drive down for bad health. I have a little one on the way now and I want to be there for my family, not be a burden. Also eating out everyday is killen my pockets lol. I gotta make some changes to better my future. So starting tomorrow I will be posting my meals for the day just to create a journal in a way. Keep up with me ;).
